It starts just beyond the cabin.

A bush track that winds through native trees, follows the creek, then climbs toward open views before circling back. Take the short loop for a slow morning wander, or the longer one when you need to stretch your legs.

You likely won't be walking alone. Fantails are regulars here, darting ahead as if showing you the way. Tūī call from above. Light flickers through leaves.

By the time you return - cheeks cool, lungs full of bush air - you'll understand why we named this place after the Loop.

This place began as our family's camping spot beside the creek. A few years on, we built the cabin so others could feel what we felt - the quiet, the bush, the small wild moments.
